She's Done!!!
Hi All,
Sorry for the delayed update of Robin. The holidays got a little crazy! After enjoying a great Christmas with the family, Robin finished her final chemo treatment on December 28th! We are so grateful for all of the support and kind words from all of our friends and family.
Since the final chemo, the test results have been very good which we are all excited about, but of course Robin is staying on top of things and still has a lot of follow ups with the doctor. She has been reintroducing a lot of foods back into her system, but still has to be careful.
We thought it would be easiest to fill this blog with photos from what she has been up to since the last update, so here it goes!
Not long after she was finished with radiation, we headed up to Tahoe to celebrate Thanksgiving in our favorite place. My friends cooked and brought over all the food and Robin got to relax and enjoy!
We spent a day in Virginia City with Kerry and Joey and had a blast at all the vintage stores and old time saloons!
We also got a special visit from my long time friends, Amy and Zac and their sweet son Jackson!
I got Robin a special Tahoe Volcom sweatshirt for Christmas that I had to post a picture of :)
Then we hit Cucina Enoteca for a dinner celebration!
Denny was convinced he was James Bond for the night and they got to see wonderful friends like Lynne and Fred Hurst (and Frank and Diane Hurst, the Ukoprinas, and the Griffiths)

Before we knew it, it was Christmas! Scotty came home from Colorado and my cousins Lindsay and Erin came home from the East Coast.

Then it was finally December 28th!!! Last day of chemo!!! Kathy Bunney visited her at Hoag and we had the whole gang there to celebrate.
A few days after Denny and Robin headed to Palm Springs to celebrate the wedding of Sarah Griffith and Mac Mace on New Years Eve. I was in the wedding, so I was already out there. It was the most beautiful wedding and everyone got dressed up.
Then Robin and I celebrated our birthdays! Thank you to Kyle for the tickets to Wicked. It was so much fun!
And Robin celebrated her birthday with Denny and the bridge ladies of course!
And recently Robin got to see Courtney and Courtney’s kids for Noah's hockey game out in Orange County (visiting from Arizona).
All in all, it's been quite the journey, but Robin has been staying busy and having fun with all of her friends and family! Thank you again for all of the support and hope everyone is well!
